I NEVER FELT HAPPIER FOR BEING THE NERD THAT I AM, ISTG- THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, WHEN I SAID THAT I GOT MORE AND MORE EXCITED EVERY TIME I UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS HAPPENING I   M E A N   I T . FULLY. ONCE I FINISHED ALL THE ROUTES THE AMOUNT OF EASTEREGGS, TO SAY IT SOMEHOW, THAT I FOUND SHDFASJDGFYR- I LOVE THIS SMSMSMSMSM I RECOMMEND IT 100%!!!

I'll be honest, I'm DEFINITELY wanting for details.. I have a few theories but not much to back them up. So im left a liiiiitle confused, but that didnt make this any less fun!!!! oh i had a GREAT time, and i love the title screen change

This game is absolutely amazing in every way. The storytelling is sooo well done. I have played my fair share of dating sims, and this game's subtle yet lingering horror is fantastic. My second favorite part was feeling the pieces fall together as I went through Aster's route. My favorite would definitely have to be that the title screen changes after you've finished. It left me with a sense of satisfaction I have never gotten from another game. It is an incredible story, horror but still romance, and one of my favorite games I've ever played.

For those easily frightened but wanna play, the game is infinitely less scary if you have Weird Al blasting through headphones while playing. I accidentally had Polka Face on loop for the latter half of the game.

the game was very fun and spooky, i loved the artstyle! i got a bit sad at first when i couldnt ask aster to stay over :( hes my favorite character :(

this game gave me chills and so frightened (i almost cried T^T). From the story to the art, everything was beautifully done. I'm so happy that i found out this game through twitter, and it's safe to say this is my new fav horror romance. Well done<3

I'm in love with this game!! The art style, the colors, the story, the sounds, the endings, the characters, it's all perfect!

I wished it was longer, but then I saw you made all this in 10 days...now I think you're the one who made a contract with eldritch demons to finish it. How is even possible to make such a great game in this short time?

I wish to see more of it. There's so many things that has been left hanging in the air for me, like: if the cat was dead, why could Oscar see him, even if it was an illusion? Were Oscar and Theo illusions too? Did the protagonist just killed both of them? Why Theo's ending looked more fake? Was Oscar really in the town as a coincidence or it was just another illusion? And the most important question: Why is that eldritch demon so handsome?

And to play again and see that even if I didn't trusted Oscar and Theo, the ending would be the same, reinforcing that it was all fake, it's was surprising. Like I didn't really had a choice in all this.

Anyway, love the game and I'll follow to see your future projects!

I loved this game and I am not usually a spooky enjoyer. Amazing what you guys pulled in 10 days! Still not quite sure of the full story but can't wait for the walkthrough to be released. Also I need to know if Bartie is alive!? The question that has been eating me alive.

i made an itch io account JUST to comment about this game. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. i can't even begin to comprehend how it was only made in ten days, the art, game design, and storywriting is all phenomenal. as of writing this, i've only done the three main routes once, but im planning on replaying in a bit to see if theres any changes!

finding out the lore through each route was amazing, i couldn't stop theorizing what the true story behind it all was. it also inspired me a lot for my own project, something i REALLY needed! the ramble i sent to my friend abt this game was probably over a good several thousand words long, i just had so many theories abt it and so much details i had to point out that i couldn't fit it into one comprehensive rant, just like i can't now. i love the eldritch themes and the way it's all tied together- SPOILERS here, but i strongly believe the mc killed Theo in the first route after playing Asters. just the mentions of there being 'too much blood' for a simple headwound and the change from 'terrified of you' to 'for you' had me going RABID in my room /pos. i'm not sure if there'll be any other additions to this game in the future, but if there is, I'M SO EXCITED FOR IT. i'd go feral for any type of new content, maybe even a sequel! 

to put it simply, i love this game, and everyone who worked on it did AMAZING! i'm looking forward to any future games you guys might make in the future! ╰(*°▽°*)╯

Its sooo cool how things change after you play Aster's route. 

I do have a few questions!! 

After a while Aster says 'we both know what you're really called', do they mean Scorpion? Or something else?

And. Are we stuck in a time loop? Does the loop end with that one Aster ending where you accept them or?

And the food all tasting bad.. is this because of Aster? Are we eating rotten food while hallucinating/being shown illusions?

i love the game sm! will there ever be a walkthrough?

I am in love with this game. The story is so fun and intriguing. The characters are all great. Everything is really unsettling /pos. Oscar is my fave, he is just so ERGFDSDRFTH 

So, I played this game because of Aster(I loved his design) and I already played his route twice, but I still am not sure what he's supposed to be. Is he even real or just a figment of the mc's imagination? I hope you can answer my questions. Thank you very much. Great game, btw.

I really like the game. I got scared quiet a few times (i am a wuss) and that mostly by the amazing sond/ music design and the UI changes.

Though the sprite art and cg art was amazing too of course!

I had a small bug where everytime during Asters route where I got the same ending everytime but i restarted it and it was solved!

But seriously big props for the team for getting the game together in only 10 days if i remember correctly. 

woah.. i'll need sometime to get my head out of this masterpiece of a game :] i've been playing a lot of "indie" games recently but this one :O amazing! Will play it again for sure!

Found this last night cause I've been thirsting bad for anything remotely Eldritch Horror (mostly VNs and Test games), and I finally played this like a hour ago.

My god. And this was put together in 10 days?

Like, how?!

I mean, I understand the stars aligned for the dream team I read about in the Postmortem post, but...this was made in 10 days.

And it's beyond good.

I loved everything about it. The CGs, the writing, the music, the little text glitches and things that would happen in the UI after each route. The LIs were great! Theo was an absolute adorable dork, Oscar was fantastic and such a sleeper hit on the last bit of his route.

And Aster...

Boy am I ever glad I saved him to last. I was not disappointed.

And we're going to be getting updates? More content? Voice acting?!

I can say with all honesty that I am -eagerly- awaiting any and all new things that this team has instore for this game.

Now to go play it again. <3

this was so so good holy fuck! it was terrifying in the best of ways and all characters were just wonderful. i came for aster -who was also fantastic, don't get me wrong- but oscar stole my heart out of nowhere, i had to play his route twice in one sitting <3 seriously impressive how you managed to create something to this level in such a short time

I'm literally stunned over how amazing this game was. The perfect blend of horror and sprinkles of romance that hint at something so much deeper had me gripping my seat. Were the goosebumps I got from the horrors of the eldritch horror or because the eldritch horror was sexy? The answer is yes.

I really enjoyed this game!! Not only have I been scouring for the past few hours getting the ending, but also seeing the different Easter eggs or references there are! I haven't gotten 2 endings (I believe, unless it's somehow unlabeled?) however, I am interested in finding all the endings! I didn't realize this was a newly released game, and even went to look up a fandom wiki for it..! Honestly though, I'd be inclined to make one myself eventually haha. I definitely thought the different perspectives of each route was interesting, and even thought I was going insane at one point..!

I'm a person who constantly keeps saving during every choice, and I went with Theo's route first, and was going to do Aster's next (solely based on who interested me the most at first glance) so when I went back through my save file to who I would choose to stay with me, and chose Aster, it allowed me to go through his route at first, before I thought maybe I had glitched the game on accident, before loading my save file again, and it locking me out of his route again. I know that instance happened on complete accident, but thought that it was a spooky and interesting experience anyway! All and all, I really love the game!

ahhhh this was a joy to play completely unaware as to how the story was going to progress, i only wish it was longer because i was completely transfixed ! cannot believe this was made in only 10 days !! 

have to admit it hurt my soul hitting theo with that picture frame .. our poor sweet prince. ALSO really enjoyed oscar's route !!

could not help but think of how aster's stunning character design inadvertently reminded me of the sandman (particularly the comics counterpart) <3 their route was probably my favourite as we could see the story come full circle (also trying to select his route before the others ... i do in fact love me an initially locked off route)

anyways i have rambled enough absolutely love love loved this, amazing work to everyone involved :)

this was super cool

this was SUPER good. AT first, you only feel like there *could* be something wrong, but as you go on, that feeling gets more and more validated. The routes are all equally creepy and fear inducing, but they are SO good. The art, the cg's, just... everything! so good! some parts even made me feel so scared i felt a little sick LOL. I've only managed to get 3 endings and am a little confused on how i could get the other 2, but I probably won't stop playing, lol! I loveeee the writing, the descriptions, the story and world building that comes, the story being pieced together with every route. AGHHHHHH so much i could say but so little words to convey how i feel!! just. 10/10.

This is really great! I mean, the music is light and cosy, yet the story is kind of creepy, which is quite unexpected;）
