This game is absolutely amazing in every way. The storytelling is sooo well done. I have played my fair share of dating sims, and this game's subtle yet lingering horror is fantastic. My second favorite part was feeling the pieces fall together as I went through Aster's route. My favorite would definitely have to be that the title screen changes after you've finished. It left me with a sense of satisfaction I have never gotten from another game. It is an incredible story, horror but still romance, and one of my favorite games I've ever played.
For those easily frightened but wanna play, the game is infinitely less scary if you have Weird Al blasting through headphones while playing. I accidentally had Polka Face on loop for the latter half of the game.

this game gave me chills and so frightened (i almost cried T^T). From the story to the art, everything was beautifully done. I'm so happy that i found out this game through twitter, and it's safe to say this is my new fav horror romance. Well done<3

I wished it was longer, but then I saw you made all this in 10 days...now I think you're the one who made a contract with eldritch demons to finish it. How is even possible to make such a great game in this short time?
I wish to see more of it. There's so many things that has been left hanging in the air for me, like: if the cat was dead, why could Oscar see him, even if it was an illusion? Were Oscar and Theo illusions too? Did the protagonist just killed both of them? Why Theo's ending looked more fake? Was Oscar really in the town as a coincidence or it was just another illusion? And the most important question: Why is that eldritch demon so handsome?
And to play again and see that even if I didn't trusted Oscar and Theo, the ending would be the same, reinforcing that it was all fake, it's was surprising. Like I didn't really had a choice in all this.
Anyway, love the game and I'll follow to see your future projects!

i made an itch io account JUST to comment about this game. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. i can't even begin to comprehend how it was only made in ten days, the art, game design, and storywriting is all phenomenal. as of writing this, i've only done the three main routes once, but im planning on replaying in a bit to see if theres any changes!
finding out the lore through each route was amazing, i couldn't stop theorizing what the true story behind it all was. it also inspired me a lot for my own project, something i REALLY needed! the ramble i sent to my friend abt this game was probably over a good several thousand words long, i just had so many theories abt it and so much details i had to point out that i couldn't fit it into one comprehensive rant, just like i can't now. i love the eldritch themes and the way it's all tied together- SPOILERS here, but i strongly believe the mc killed Theo in the first route after playing Asters. just the mentions of there being 'too much blood' for a simple headwound and the change from 'terrified of you' to 'for you' had me going RABID in my room /pos. i'm not sure if there'll be any other additions to this game in the future, but if there is, I'M SO EXCITED FOR IT. i'd go feral for any type of new content, maybe even a sequel!
to put it simply, i love this game, and everyone who worked on it did AMAZING! i'm looking forward to any future games you guys might make in the future! ╰(*°▽°*)╯

Aster is an elritch horror, essentially a creature from another/world/dimension. He's based off an amalgamation of eldritch horrors including the King in Yellow, Hastur, and another I can't say just yet. Hope this helps!

I do have a few questions!!
After a while Aster says 'we both know what you're really called', do they mean Scorpion? Or something else?
And. Are we stuck in a time loop? Does the loop end with that one Aster ending where you accept them or?
And the food all tasting bad.. is this because of Aster? Are we eating rotten food while hallucinating/being shown illusions?

I really like the game. I got scared quiet a few times (i am a wuss) and that mostly by the amazing sond/ music design and the UI changes.
Though the sprite art and cg art was amazing too of course!
I had a small bug where everytime during Asters route where I got the same ending everytime but i restarted it and it was solved!
But seriously big props for the team for getting the game together in only 10 days if i remember correctly.
